The Overseas Networks & Expertise (ONE) Pass is a 5-year, employer-agnostic work pass for top-tier global talent. Eligibility requires either a fixed monthly salary of at least S$30,000 in the year before application (with a current or future Singapore employer), or outstanding achievements in arts, sciences, sports, academia, or research. ONE Pass holders can concurrently start, operate, and work for multiple companies in Singapore, and bring dependants on Dependant's Passes.
A senior tech executive earning S$35K/month qualifies for ONE Pass, allowing them to be employed by their main company while concurrently advising other Singapore startups, with no need to renew the pass when changing roles.
