Registered Office Address
The official Singapore address where ACRA and IRAS send statutory notices to a company.
Every Singapore company must maintain a registered office address in Singapore - a physical (not P.O. Box) address where statutory mail from ACRA, IRAS, and other government agencies is sent. The address must be open to the public for at least 3 hours per business day. Many companies, especially foreign-founded ones, use a registered address service provided by their corporate secretary or filing agent rather than renting their own office.
A foreign founder's new Pte Ltd uses Karman's office at 60 Paya Lebar Road as its registered address - government mail is received there and forwarded to the founder digitally.
