What deadlines does this cover?

Annual Return (ACRA)

Private companies must file their Annual Return with ACRA within 7 months of their Financial Year End. Late filing attracts penalties up to S$600 per officer.

ECI — Estimated Chargeable Income

Companies must file an ECI with IRAS within 3 months after the end of each financial year. Companies with annual revenue of S$5M or less and no chargeable income may be exempt.

Corporate Tax — Form C-S / Form C

The corporate income tax return (Form C-S for qualifying companies, Form C for others) is due by 30 November of the Year of Assessment (the year after your FYE year).

AGM (Annual General Meeting)

Private companies that send audited or unaudited financials to shareholders within 5 months of FYE are exempt from holding an AGM. Otherwise, the AGM must be held within 9 months of FYE.

GST Filing (Quarterly)

GST-registered companies must file GST F5 returns quarterly — within 1 month after each quarter end. Penalties for late filing start at S$200 per month.

Corporate Secretary Appointment

Every Singapore company must appoint a qualified corporate secretary within 6 months of incorporation. Karman can act as your corporate secretary from day one.
