Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore
Singapore's tax authority, responsible for assessing and collecting corporate tax, GST, personal income tax, and stamp duty.
The Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS) is the statutory board under the Ministry of Finance that administers Singapore's tax system. IRAS assesses and collects corporate income tax, individual income tax, Goods and Services Tax (GST), property tax, stamp duty, and various other taxes. Companies interact with IRAS primarily for ECI filing, Form C-S/C corporate tax return filing, GST returns, and withholding tax.
After your company's first financial year ends, you must file an Estimated Chargeable Income (ECI) with IRAS within 3 months, then submit Form C-S or Form C by 30 November of the following year.
