BizFile+ is the official online portal operated by ACRA where all Singapore business filings are lodged. It covers incorporation, name reservations, change of company particulars, annual returns, charges (mortgages and debentures), and corporate restructuring filings. Most filings can be lodged directly by company officers using Singpass; foreign founders typically engage an ACRA-Registered Filing Agent to lodge on their behalf.
When Karman files your annual return, the filing is lodged through BizFile+. You receive an email confirmation with the official receipt the moment ACRA accepts the filing.
